To be honest, there barely a hair's difference between the Micro 9 and P938. The Kimber is a bit lighter and a tad narrower. It's also a minutely longer. But holding them both, I can see how the P938's six round mag would fit the Kimber (no news on extended mags for the Micro).#1 · Apr 4, 2017. The Kimber wins points as the better looking of the two, better trigger and overall less hard edges, making it slightly better for EDC. Mine also has Crimson Trace laser grip so that’s a bonus if you like lasers.

May 19, 2021 · Went to the range today and put 100 rounds thru the P938 using the Kimber 8 round mags. All three I had feed and functioned just fine and locked the slide back everytime.
