For a drop-in sink, apply the caulk to the underside of the sink's perimeter, then lower it carefully into the hole and wipe away any excess caulk with a rag. An undermount sink will need to have the caulk applied to the top of the sink's perimeter. Slide the sink into the cabinet and lift it into place.
